Eastbound Interstate 70 reopened near Eisenhower Tunnel after two crashes involving three vehicles closed the highway Friday night, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

The closure started seven miles east of Silverthorne at exit 205 until exit 218 for Herman Gulch, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

No injuries were reported in the crash, said Master Trooper Gary Cutler. The highway was closed for about an hour.

This is the third I-70 mountain closure due to a crash in the past 24 hours.
